Anestico was created by a board-certified anesthesiologist who experienced firsthand the need for a new take on the practice of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine. We sought out to challenge the status quo in favor of evidence-based, patient-centered practices designed to enhance the perioperative patient experience and optimize the delivery of anesthesia care for our patients and healthcare providers.

For decades, our healthcare system has essentially employed a one-size-fits-all approach to anesthesia and perioperative patient management. We decided to change that. Our mission? To personalize perioperative patient care by integrating pharmacogenetic testing into the pre-operative assessment, allowing us to tailor each surgery and anesthetic to the unique needs of every individual patient.
